Rolanda, Dental Hygienist
Working with each patient, and getting to know about their life and interests, helps me find the best ways to ensure they have a wonderful experience here. I clean patients’ teeth, take dental X-rays, and use an intraoral camera to look in the mouth for signs of problems, and I educate patients. Teaching people why it’s important to keep their mouth healthy, and how to do it, is my passion. I love seeing healthy bodies and smiles!
Outside work, I enjoy hiking in the parks with Jeff, my husband, and Kona, our dog. I’m currently learning how to golf and ski, as well.
Keren, Assistant
It’s a wonderful feeling when a patients finish their visit and they’re smiling and happy. Because we provide only painless dental care, even the most fearful patient soon learns that a visit here is nothing to worry about. I’m our main dental assistant, which keeps me busy. I prepare our operatories for dental procedures, then sit chairside, to assist Dr. Beckman and support the patient.
Being with my family outside of work is a priority for me. I also enjoy playing sports, traveling, and exercise, and I love shopping!

Our patients are simply the best. It’s a pleasure to see them coming through the doors and hear the latest news about their families. In addition to welcoming and checking in patients, I answer phones, verify insurance benefits, and schedule appointments.
As for my personal life, I’ve been married for more than 30 years. We have four wonderful children and two grandbabies. I enjoy reading, gardening and hiking[and Dave].
Missy, Receptionist
I love interacting with the patients when they come into the office. I maintain ordering and relationships with suppliers, as well as interfacing with insurance companies. I also create custom marketing collateral for the practice, including maintaining the website and social media.
I graduated from Bowling Green State University with a degree in Marketing and Event Planning. In my spare time, I enjoy taking hikes with my dog, painting, and cheering on Cleveland's sports teams.

I love being able to build bonds with our patients and help them achieve a smile they can be confident about. Aside from that it brings me joy when I can be a part of helping relieve dental fear in patients that have it.
I started here in March 2023. I took the dental program at Normandy, and from that I got my RDA (Registered Dental Assistant) license. I always had an interest in dental. I enjoyed going to the dentist growing up, and was very interested to know what they were doing. I prepare the rooms for procedures, sit alongside Dr. Beckman during things like fillings, crowns, extractions, root canals, and implants, take x-rays, clean and sterilize rooms and instruments, and more.
In my free time, I like to spend time with my friends and family, go shopping, get my nails done, cheer on the Browns, cook (and eat), and play with my orange cat named Darryl.
